Our Services

Clientele

Wellspring Personal Care provides services for older adults as well as children and adults with cognitive and/or physical disabilities. Survivors of catastrophic illness or injuries who require long term care can return home with Wellspring Personal Care home nursing services.

Service Availability

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a live- in or hourly basis we will tailor a plan of care to meet your special needs. Grocery shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to appointments and outings are all components of care at both the skilled nursing and non-medical service levels.

Non-Medical Care

Home Services workers/caregivers assist with non skilled personal care and all activities of daily living. Services are available by the hour or live-in. We can also provide transportation services to help get clients out and about to medical appointments, community and family events.

Skilled Nursing

RN/LPN level skilled nursing is offered by the hour. Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs ) assist with all activities of daily living. CNA services are available by the hour or live-in.

End of Life Support

A terminal illness is difficult and often overwhelming. Our professional team helps clients and their families face these challenging days with dignity and compassion. Wellspring Personal Care offers a practical solution for clients whose personal care needs may exceed the hospice benefit available through Medicare or private insurance provisions.
